Trinity Shawl

It may not look like much now, but it's going to be this:

when it grows up (or out, as the case may be.)

Yarn: Briar Rose Sea Pearl
Pattern: Half Square in Trinity Stitch from Victorian Lace Knitting

I really love how this stitch pattern blends the colors: primarily rose and coral, with a soupcon of green thrown in for flavor.

Great choice! I was just looking at this pattern today and it is nice to see it in progress.

The bottom photo does such a nice job of showing the Sea Pearl sheen and the colors of your particular yarn.

I actually like the texture of the unblocked fabric in the bottom photo. Of course, the shawl won't be too shabby, either!

I am working this same shawl and am stuck on the B border. If I start with the "berries" up, the border berries are face down. Am I making an obvious mistake?
