If you are reading this, then you obviously are not in New York City today getting ready to hear the Yarn Harlot speak at the Fashion Institute! I am so bummed I am not there! SO!!!! Let's have our own party and I will give away yarn...it will be so fun! Yay! There's one hank of Sea Pearl, one of Grace and one of Wistful! It will so totally keep me focused on what a wonderful life I have even though I am not in New York today.......

I have friends who left early this am to go to the event, but here I sit at work. BUMMER! I will gladly join the online party!

The yarn give-a-way goes like this....tonight when Kim gets home and reads the post she will pick three names! Yours could be one!!! She'll let everyone know who the winners are.....and everyone's name is in the hat!

You know, generally I like living in Western Canada, but whenever I hear about all the knitting parties out east, I get jealous. Sigh.
I'm close enough to have gone to see her but I couldn't get the day off. :(
And I forgot to tape the Today show to see if Guido and the gang got on TV. Did anyone see if they did?
Anyone who's planning to come hear Stephanie in Ann Arbor should arrive about 45 minutes early to get a seat. I arrived about 1/2 hour early last summer and got one of the last 5 seats before they started sending people to the overflow room, which had the talk piped in by video, but obviously isn't the same as sitting in the same room with Stephanie.
